NO SMOKING: Please kindly do not smoke inside the home. You may smoke outside if you don’t leave any butts on the premises.

NO PARTIES: No parties or events are permitted on the premises at any time without prior written authorization.

NO PETS: We love animals however pets are not allowed in our short term rental.

QUIET TIME: Please respect our neighbors by keeping the noise down after 9pm

LOCK ALL DOORS: Anytime you leave the home, please lock the door. We hope you enjoy your stay. Thank you for leaving the place as you found it

DO NOT CUT ON BUTCHER BLOCK: Our butcher block counter top is for aesthetics only. Do NOT cut on it.

House Guide

TEMPERATURE: We have 3 mini splits, One in the living room and one in each bedroom. All have their own remotes. Remotes for the living room is on the corner table, bedroom remotes are located on the wall by the light switches.

TEMP RANGE: 75F – 82F

SMART TV: Our TV is a smart TV. We offer Netflix & Amazon Video, but if you would like to log into your own, Vudu, or Hulu account you may. We have also provided a Chromecast if you would prefer to cast from your mobile device. There is no cable TV at this location.

LAUNDRY: Washer and Dryer are located in the closet on the front porch. The keys to the closet are hanging on the Pineapple key holder by the front door. This key is NOT the key for the front door.

TRASH:

Guests are responsible for taking the trash to the street.

Trash Days are Tuesday & Saturday.

Recycle Day is Friday.

Please put the appropriate cans by the street on the appropriate days.

Getting Around & Parking

Parking Guidelines: You are welcome to park two vehicles and a boat at our Airbnb over the course of your stay in the driveway.

Please ensure no valuables are left in your vehicle overnight

WALKING: There are many destinations within walking distance from the home. Please drink lots of water, its hot and fun in the sun!!

BIKING: There are two bikes in the backyard that you can use. Air pump for tires is located in Laundry Room on Front Porch. Please practice safe bicycling. No guarantee on bikes being operational as we are not here to maintain them in between guests.

TAXI: Ontime Taxi is a local taxi service.
