This is a unique, charming property!

We had so much fun during our stay, only wish we had more time! Plenty of walkable places to eat and drink, and we really enjoyed the Farmer's Market on Saturday morning. The neighborhood is quiet, the beds are super comfortable, and the kitchen is thoughtfully updated. I felt right at home cooking a family meal and really enjoyed the big dining area. Awesome place to stay!.

I have stayed at over a dozen properties in the area, and this one was by far my favorite!

Amber was super responsive. The house did not have a "rental" feel to it. Very roomy, comfortable, and clean. I will definitely book here again!

We visit Cape area often and have stayed in many places (short term rentals and hotels). Amber's place was GREAT!!!!

Amber's place is a GREAT option for that home feel and convenience to all Cape and the surrounding area has to offer (by the way, Baskin Robins is less than a block a way...nice plus). Seriously, this should be on your short list of preferred options in the area.

I stayed here 10 months. This is the best furnished apartment you will find in Cape, and ideal for professionals on temporary relocation. The apartment was well appointed and everything was in excellent working order and condition.

Amber (owner and point of contact) is very professional and responsive. My corporate relocation company was pleased as well. The building and street are both very quiet. This was my home away from home. I was very happy to find it; it felt more personal and comfortable than a long term stay hotel; and more professional than a VRBO home rental

If you are looking for a place to stay there isn’t anywhere else I’d recommend. The landlord is extremely nice and always open to calls/texts incase you need to get ahold of them.

The inside is just beautiful, you’ll think you’re the first person ever staying there with how clean they are. The views from the windows are amazing, from the unit I was in I could clearly see the Mississippi River and the bridge that connects Missouri to Illinois. If you look out at night, the bridge will glow which is super cool. Anything you could need from food to the grocery store is no more than 10 minutes away. Next time I find myself in the area I know exactly where I’ll be staying!
