Meet Amber Kimbrell, owner of SEMO Short Stays. With a background in interior design, real estate, renovation, and property investment, Amber has spent years turning houses into comfortable, functional homes. SEMO Short Stays grew from her own experience as a local real estate investor and landlord and has evolved into a collection of thoughtfully furnished homes for people who need a comfortable place to live while working, relocating, or spending an extended amount of time in Southeast Missouri. As a REALTOR®, interior designer, landlord, investor, and professional host, Amber believes a furnished rental should be more than a place with furniture—it should feel like a home that works for everyday life. Amber and the SEMO Short Stays team are based right here in the Cape Girardeau area, giving guests the reassurance of having a local team nearby.
