The kitchen has new cabinets and stainless-steel appliances along with barstool seating for four around the island. We provide a Keurig coffee pot along with a starter pack of k-cups, sugar, and creamer. The kitchen is fully stocked with all cookware items you would need to make almost any meal. Perfect for those who rather stay in and cook! The kitchen has an amazing view of the Emerson Bridge, especially at night when it's all lit up!

The living room boasts a big bay window with THE BEST views of the river! A comfy recliner is positioned in the corner so that you can view the River and the SmartTV simultaneously. We have comfortable seating for 4 in the living room. Sign into your favorite subscriptions and enjoy your shows on the SmartTV, or enjoy each other's company while having a conversation or playing one of the board games we provide!

You have your own private clothes washer and dryer in this unit for you to use while you're with us.

There is a fully fenced yard that you can enjoy as well, the yard space is shared with the main floor unit.
